What’s the application of Accelerator?
- Thiazole-type vulcanization accelerator. It can be used for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and recycled rubber, and its use is similar to accelerator M, but the critical temperature of vulcanization is higher (130℃). It is one of the commonly used vulcanization accelerators and is widely used in tires, hoses, rubber mats, tarpaulins, bright-colored rubber palings, hoses, wires, cables, rubber shoes, and other rubber products for non-food applications. The product has little toxicity but can irritate mucous membranes and skin. It is a general-purpose accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and recycled rubber, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, inner tubes, tapes, rubber shoes, and general industrial products. High purity DM (pharmaceutical grade) is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for the manufacture of cephalosporin anti-inflammatory drugs. Use mostly with other accelerators, suitable for tires, tapes, and other products use natural rubber and a variety of synthetic rubber with the accelerator, can produce flat and medium speed fluidization, higher vulcanization temperature, significant after-effects, will not early vulcanization, safe operation, easy dispersion, no pollution, vulcanized rubber aging resistance. This product is used alone with slow vulcanization speed, usually are used with Tyuram, dithiocarbamates, aldehyde amines, guanidine accelerators is an excellent anti-scorching agent for G-type neoprene. It is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, rubber cloth, and other general industrial products. It can also play the role of plasticizer or delaying agent in neoprene.
