Oxaliplatin Description
Oxaliplatin, also known as oxaliplatin and oxaliplatin, belongs to platinum derivatives. It is clinically used to treat patients with colorectal cancer metastasis after failure of fluorouracil treatment. It can be used alone or in combination with fluorouracil, following cisplatin , The third generation of new platinum anti-tumor compounds after carboplatin, and Chemicalbook’s only pair of colorectal cancer drugs with significant activity so far. The principle of action is to inhibit DNA synthesis and replication by generating alkylation conjugates to act on DNA, forming intra-chain and inter-chain cross-links.
