(1)DPG is completely soluble in water andhygroscopic (attracts water from the atmosphere),it’s the ideal solvent applied for many flavors and fragrances and cosmetics.
(2) DPG is also used as a solvent, humectant, and coupling agent for many fragrance and cosmetic/personal-care items, such as perfumes, skin-care products, deodorants, hair-care products, and many others.
(3)DPG is used as a component in the production of unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins, polyurethane polyols, textile auxiliaries and Dibenzoate plasticisers

Uses of Dipropylene glycol
