It is one of the most widely used plasticizers in plastic processing. It has good comprehensive performance, high efficiency of speed increase, small volatility, UV resistance, cold resistance so that the softness and electrical properties of the products are improved, and it is a more ideal main plasticizer. Small toxicity, the semi-lethal amount is greater than 30g/kg body weight. - It is compatible with polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl butyral, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose nitrate, ethylcellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, and other resins, but incompatible with cellulose acetate and polyvinyl acetate. The plasticizing efficiency of this product is the same as DOP, but the cold resistance, weather resistance, volatility resistance, and stability to plasticizing paste viscosity are better than DOP, and the electrical insulation is slightly worse than DOP. Because of the high price, it is not widely used. This product is a non-toxic plasticizer and can be used to make food packaging materials. It is also used as solvent and gas chromatography fixative. This product has good overall performance, good mixing performance, high plasticizing efficiency, low volatility, good low-temperature flexibility, water extraction resistance, high electrical performance, good heat resistance, and weather resistance.
