What is the production of 2-imidazolidinone

The chemical synthesis method of 2-imidazolidinone:
Add ethylenediamine and 2-20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to the reaction vessel, and then slowly add bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate and bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate at a temperature of -10~50℃. The addition time is 1-15 hours. After the addition, the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 0-80°C for 1-20 hours. After the reaction is completed, the reaction solution is post-treated to obtain 2-imidazolidinone.
