normal temperature preservation
(1) The nickel foam with a pore diameter of 0.2mm, a pore density of 110PPI and a porosity of ≥95% is pretreated with acetone, ethanol and distilled water ultrasonically, then dried in a vacuum, and placed in a tube furnace. The temperature was raised to 600°C and reacted with acetylene gas for 1 hour. After the reaction was completed, the temperature was lowered to room temperature in an argon atmosphere to obtain a foamed nickel/carbon nanotube magnetic catalyst. Among them, the foamed nickel/carbon nanotube magnetic catalyst was carbon nanotube. The content of the tube is 0.5% by weight.
(2) Add 5-nitro-isotitanic acid to water to fully dissolve it, transfer it to the reactor, add ammonia to adjust the pH of the system to 9, pass in 25mL/min of hydrogen, add foamed nickel/carbon nanotube magnetic catalyst, React at a constant temperature of 90°C for 100 minutes to obtain a 5-amino-isophthalic acid solution.
(3) After the 5-amino-isophthalic acid solution is recovered with a magnet catalyst, the mother liquor is recovered by filtration, acidified by adding hydrochloric acid, recrystallized at room temperature, and dried to obtain 5-amino-isophthalic acid.
