Chloroacetamide Usage
Used for synthesis of chloroacetonitrile sulfameprazine and other organic compounds used in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediates and synthesis of chloroacetonitrile sulfameprazine 3-methoxypyrazine and other organic compounds.
production method
- Derived from the reaction of ethyl chloroacetate and ammonia. First cool ethyl chloroacetate to below 10 ℃, slowly add ammonia water (relative density 0.9) with stirring, and white crystals precipitate immediately.
- After adding ammonia, continue to stir for 1h, filter out the crystals, wash off the ammonium chloride with ammonia, try to filter it out to be the crude product, and then recrystallize with ethanol to get the finished product.
