2-(4′-Morpholinodithio) benzothiazole Usage
Rubber back – shovel vulcanization accelerator can also be used as vulcanization agent. When used as accelerator, the performance of natural rubber is similar to that of accelerator CZ, but the retardability is slightly larger. In the application of 54-1(W) type neoprene, with promoter PZ, can speed up the vulcanization speed, coke burning performance is also good, good physical properties of products. When used in styrene-butadiene gum, the coke burning performance is poor. When used as vulcanizing agent, a small amount of thiolam or dithiocarbamate drought-promoting agent should be added to improve the degree of thiolation and the aging resistance of the product. The product is easily dispersed in rubber, almost no pollution. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, rubber shoes, sponges, industrial products. When used as vulcanizing agent, the dosage is 2.5-5 parts and about 1 minute of promoter PZ is added. When used as accelerant, the general dosage is 0.4-1.5.
